Hello lovely ARC readers!

You should have received a book funnel email yesterday with the E-ARC for Charming the Rogue, book 2 of the Alchemy of Desire series. As with book 1, those who are uninterested in Historical fantasy romance need not read it! No hurt feelings; we've all got preferences, and I respect yours!

I've got one more book for this series planned for this year before I return to the non-magical 19th century. You can expect at least two non-fantasy ARCs from me this year, including my June Rake for The Rake Review. So I thought I'd use this email to give you a rough idea of the ARCs I'll be sending you for the rest of the year so that they don't once as a surprise (would have done it sooner but the first two months of this year have been overrun with illness, bad weather, and school cancellations, ugh).

2026 Charlie Lane ARC Schedule

May--Jealous Rakes and June Mistakes, published June 1

July--The Duchess Curse, published late July / early August

September--Christmas Novella, published October

November--Cavendish Family Book ???, published December???

There's lots of question marks there at the end of the last item because I have to see if/when my copy editor can schedule me at the end of the year. That particular book may be dropping in 2027 instead. I'll keep you updated!

October is purposefully vague because it's a group project, and we're not talking about it yet. 😁

Anyway, I'm so excited to have all of you along for the ride! Remember, if one of my books is not for you, no worries; just don't read it. I won't hunt you down. Reading should be fun!
