Happy Holidays!

Dear Readers,
This week we'll continue talking about some of the things you guys were interested in learning more about. Last week it was which series will be coming into and going out of KU. This week it's more about my next historical romance series!
Specifically the question was about whether or not it will be family focused or thematically focused.
And the answer is... both?
It's a spin-off or continuation of my Cavendish Family series, and it will follow the adventures of Pansy Cavendish as she establishes the Cavendish Spinster Academy, a secret little organization that helps spinsters find their place in the world using their particular talents and skills. I do not have a ton of details, not even covers right now, but Pansy Cavendish will find her match, as will her step brother Edmund Pennington (Sarah's son from Leave a Widow Wanting More) and at least one of the twins. Probably both. And... maybe possibly we'll see... Alfie, Atlas's stepson from The Lord Who Adored Her and Other Love Songs.
So, yes, a family series, but also one centered around the themes that come with being a "spinster" during the 19th century--women carving out places for themselves in the world and finding men who support and adore them. And spinsters = older heroines! Yay!
It will be set during Queen Victoria's reign, too. I'm excited to dig into trains and new fashions and new research!
