The Life of an Author/Behind the Scenes
I would say I'm finally settled into my new life. I still miss the old days most every day, but this place is so beautiful! Just see a few of the images I get of my morning commute, and these don't do it justice!
I could have added this into the blogs, but I thought it fit behind the scenes better. People have been jumping for joy at the early release, and I will admit its been stressful making it happen, but I new it had to be done! That's because I was getting close to a final draft, but then I asked my editor a question that changed everything! It's too long for this e-mail, so if you want to know the story of why you're getting Christmas surprise, check out the blog:
It has sure made it feel like Christmas early for me here in Mt. Shasta. Making these edits on The Conviction and all the snow really has made it feel Christmasy. The snow around us has mostly melted, but we're expecting to get more soon. Though I'm traveling to see family for the holidays somewhere I'd be surprised I didn't get a White Christmas.
