Hi !

Over the past several years, we have had the joy of accompanying two cohorts of students in their master's studies in Transformational Leadership. These students are Christian leaders from all walks of life that want to explore how they can best serve God in their workplaces, family life, and the wider community. A few are pastors, but most are lay leaders working in all sectors of society.

It is a community that spans Latin America, which is made possible by the fact that most of the courses are entirely online. Once in their three-year degree, students have the chance to meet for an in-person intensive. This long-awaited encounter gives them the opportunity to deepen their relationships with one another, witness and learn from leaders engaged in reconciliation and transformation among marginalized communities in Medellín, and connect with leaders and organizations across the continent at the Caty & René Padilla Summit.
