Hi ,
Last week, we held an open house for Coaches in CAHOOTs, and David Franklin, MCC, shared Cultivating Coaching Presence and Partnership. He showed us the Wheel of Mindfulness, and explained how important it is for a coach to do their own work and cultivate excellent self-awareness to improve our presence and effectiveness with clients.
This week, our open house continues with Tijen Genco, MCC, who will help us figure out if we are unintentionally being happiness bullies. š²
Here are this weekās details.
ON December 10, Tijen Genco, MCC, is presenting Donāt Be a Happiness Bully.
In the coaching world, the inability to remain present during intense emotional moments can inadvertently push clients toward changes they're unprepared for. Staying present is a cornerstone of transformative and genuine compassion, requiring emotional resilience and self-awareness.
This session will delve into the concept of advanced compassion, demonstrating its role in coaching sessions and guiding you on cultivating this crucial skill.
Come prepared for a fun interactive session and some group coaching with Tijen,
This week is also our gift to you. š All coaches are welcome, and there is no obligation to join Coaches in CAHOOTS (although we will love it if you decide to. š Feel free to invite your coaching buddies.
