As a coach, I’m guessing you have a sincere desire to help your clients. I imagine you acknowledge their new awareness, celebrate their success, and hold space for their fear and uncertainty. Through working with you, a client can learn so much about themselves and their situation.
Now, what about you? It’s great that you focus so much on your clients, but it’s also important that you make the time to acknowledge what you are learning along the way. Every client, and every problem they bring to the table can help you learn something too.
