[Whatchamacallit] Do you resolve not to resolve?

Hi, ,
Are you the kind of person who loves the new beginning that January presents to us? Do you eagerly create new year resolutions, set SMART goals, and come up with a word of the year to inspire and motivate you? 📈
Yeah, me neither. 🙄 This year, I can relate more to this quote.
"I don’t call them New Year’s resolutions. I prefer the term ‘casual promises to myself that I’m under no legal obligation to fulfill." 🤣
Whether you're a big goal setter or not, this time of year does give us an opportunity to look at what's working well and what could use some change. Developing new habits for our health, finances, work performance, etc. can be a good way to be kind to our future selves and be in a better place a year from now. Let's discuss habits today: what works, what doesn't, and what we haven't figured out yet.
