Hi :)
Have you ever sat down to do something creative (like writing an email for instance), and simply been too tired to get the job done?
This may not have anything to do with the amount of sleep you got the night before or how physically fit you are (or aren't). Those factors certainly do contribute, but in our fast-paced world, we can all get over extended and just run out of gas for mental tasks.
