It has been said that creativity is intelligence having fun. Yet, we often try to solve our personal and business related challenges based on logic and intellect alone. In order to see things from a new perspective and cultivate fresh ideas, it’s helpful to have a little fun and think outside the box.

This week, I'll be sharing a creative approach to coaching based on LEGO® Serious Play®. So, if you have any LEGO® bricks kicking around your house, grab a small pile and bring them with you to the call. 😄

Don't worry if you don't have lego®. You can bring anything you like that might be used to build something. It definitely doesn't need to be fancy.
