Partnering with clients without the pressure

Hi ,
Are you working too hard as a coach?
Even experienced coaches can fall into the habit of taking on too much responsibility for their clients. This can make coaching feel heavy—and harder than it needs to be. One place this commonly shows up is when establishing the session agreement.
Take a look at ICF Core Competency 3 (especially 3.06–3.09). Notice the wording that shows up over and over: “Partners with the client.” Yet many coaches feel so much pressure to get this “right” in their sessions. How can something seem so simple—and yet be so darn tricky in real life? 🤔
From February 5–April 16, I’m facilitating a six-session group intensive: Agreements Reimagined.
We’ll meet every other Thursday morning from 9:00–10:30 AM Eastern / 6:00–7:30 AM Pacific.

I’d love to have you join us.
Happy to answer any questions.
