Happy Advent!!
Hello Readers! I pray for you (and me) that you are able to carve out some time in this Advent season to rest and reflect on the miracle that is Christmas. I know how busy it can be. We've done a number of things over the years with the kids to add a little of the "reason for the season." One year, we bought a gigantic stocking for Jesus and everything the kids would do to offer Him a Christmas gift (prayers, acts of service etc.) they would write on a paper and put in the stocking. Other times we have told our family to keep en eye out for someone who might need some extra love at Christmas and then we'd buy them a gift and deliver it anonymously by the dark of night. What things do you do in your family during the Advent and Christmas season?
