Greetings!
As a recruiter and career professional, I’ve looked at a lot of resumes. The ones that aren’t getting interviews have the same problems.
Either they are filled with boring day-to-day tasks, often labeled as achievements, or they are packed with numbers, like increased sales 20%, without the back story.
To stand out you need to make sure recruiters and employers know the impact you’ve made AND how you accomplished it.
For example, marketing directors at Nike and Adidas create marketing plans, coordinate marketing efforts, lead teams, blah, blah, blah.
What sets one apart is that she increased the company’s market share 18% by identifying and capitalizing on a gap in the market.

🗒️ Unlock Opportunities By Putting Your Email Address On LinkedIn
Want more people to contact you on LinkedIn?
Make it EASY for them. Many people think that if someone wants to contact them, they’ll simply send an InMail.
Maybe they will; maybe they won’t. When I was a recruiter, I spent hours on LinkedIn searching for candidates to fill open positions.
Until next the next time!
Keep moving forward,
