Our retreat activities have been designed to balance the chakras, promote healing from within, and release negative energy for the new year.
From our Crystal Healing Circle, to our Sound Bowl experience, EFT Tap Release Therapy, and Yin/Yang Yoga, you will leave feeling completely refreshed and renewed. Come in your comfortable clothes, hang out with us and enjoy this transformative journey!
