We consist of 4 young entrepreneurs with a median age of 20! WOW. Yes, on average we still aren’t able to go to bars! And no… that’s not why we spend all of our time building the business. 

Now let’s break down the boring stuff. What we do as a business. 💼

We are a marketing advisory firm that helps Web3 businesses identify their brand in order to maximize their growth of their community base.

Simply put, that MEANS:

-Help Businesses Make More Money (more leads, bigger audience, more sales)

-Help Businesses Identify and Grow their Brand (Brand = Identity)

But our MISSION is deeper than that. Our team is centered around providing young entrepreneurs everything they need to take the first step. We know it’s hard to get the courage to chase your dreams.

BUT, we want to show you that it’s possible. And hopefully we can give you that courage to take a leap of faith.

We have experienced the fruits of working for yourself. 🍍🍓🍉🍏

-60-80 hour work weeks

-No social life

-Constant grind 

You know, everything kids dream about when they think about owning a business.

We want to help you reach this dream too! But the actual dream.

We do Business DIFFERENT  💪

We realize that if we want the Cardinal House Vision to grow, we have to infuse our personality into the branding.

We are “The” business with extreme personality. We're goofy, passionate, hard working, fun, and more. And we document all of that for you.

Businesses are so afraid to have any personality. We aren't. In the tweet above we went to the lengths of saying "don't give an F". We are ourselves 24-7, even when we take to the internet. 🤬

We’re not the traditional content creator that focuses solely on driving engagement. We feel that we can drive engagement by being truly organic.

We understand personality sells. And we go about it differently. Most people build a personal brand, but we are building a business brand. We want to become a business that is operated like the Faze house.

Who knows, maybe you’ll see us buy the Cardinal House one day. Okay, that’s a little extreme, but you get the point. 

Well we all have to start somewhere… 😭

Being young is actually a blessing in the business world, it means you have zero time commitments. Once you’re old and married you get caught up in stupid couple activities like dates and working out together.

Instead take advantage of all the time you have NOW.

We want to be your go-to resource for starting and building your business from scratch.

We’ll give you the roadmap to life as a young entrepreneur. There are far too many teens and young adults that are looking to make money, but in all the wrong places. They are looking for 9-5 jobs that pay well, but lack any deeper purpose.

How DO 4 Young Entrepreneurs make $100 Million 

• Build a Brand
• Establish a High Quality Service
• Utilize Both Outbound + Inbound leads
• Live by The “Grindset”
• Implement this formula — Quality + Volume + Consistency

Call us optimists, but we like to think of it as realistic. We’ve been working 60+ hours a week for 8 months. If anything about that work schedule sounds optimistic, let us know.

But... the sacrifices we have put in have been SO rewarding. We've made a whopping…[WAIT FOR IT]... $0. 🤑

Okay that's not completely true. The business has made a little bit of money, but we have yet to pay ourselves. We have reinvested everything back into building the foundation (our skill sets) to support our big goals.

We aren’t wealthy yet, but that’s okay! We aren’t driven by money.

We wake up every day passionate about our work because we are seeing results in the community that we are building. The money will come!

The key here is we work hard without expecting any immediate results. Results are rewards, but they are never guaranteed.

We’re builders, and we build because we love to create. Not because WE want admiration.

Our conclusion is that we’re either stupid or we’re so driven that success is inevitable.

Okay… That’s not exactly what he said, but you get the point.

We like to say that it’s impossible to fail if you never quit. If you’ve got life in you, then you haven’t failed yet.

Wow that was cliche! But that saying does have some truth to it.

Once you come at it from this perspective, big dreams begin to mold into reality.
