My dear Wylde-lings,

I thought I'd drop into your Inbox today to wish you a Happy New Year! I hope 2023 brings you health, happiness, peace, and good, steamy books to help you through the tough times.

Thank you for being with me for another year, for supporting me, reading my books, reviewing, recommending, and thank you for patiently listening to me whine when things weren't great.

2022 was an interesting year. Challenging, unexpected, confusing at times. Today I sat down and looked at what I've achieved and the titles that I managed to write and publish. And, let me say... wow! Considering how bloody hard this year was, I somehow succeeded in publishing 15 titles in English (10 novels and 5 novellas), 11 titles in German (9 novels and 2 novellas), and I participated in 3 anthologies.

Look at this!

This is not bad at all, but God am I tired! Haha! So, I was thinking... what was my word for 2022? I didn't choose one at the beginning of the year, but it's fascinating to think about it now. I think the one word that encompasses 2022 for me is... DEDICATION.

So, I'm thinking now of one word for 2023. I'm choosing INNOVATION, but let's see how that goes. LOL

I don't have many plans for 2023. Or maybe I do, in my head, but they're vague and not set in stone. I realized this works best for me. Things tend to fall in place when I go with the flow and don't hang onto the things I think I want and / or need too hard.

But there are two things that will happen for sure. One, I will participate in another anthology - Monsters in Love.

And two, I am starting a novella project with two of my author friends - Layla Fae and Eden Ember. Check out their books, by the way!

Layla Fae

Eden Ember

More information on this... SOON! I'm excited, though, and happy to be working again with like-minded people.

Again, thank you so much for sticking with me! I hope you have a great time with your loved ones tonight, and see you in 2023!

Much love,

Your Cara
