Okay, so 2023 has been one hell of a year. And why am I talking about it like it's already over? LOL The thing is, once Halloween approaches, I feel like the new year is just one breath away, and that leaves me equally excited and terrified. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way!

So, I was gone for a week to visit my parents across the country, that's why you haven't heard from me in so long. And when I came back, speaking of Halloween, this is what was waiting for me!

Also, there were bats and spiders everywhere, on the floor and up the furniture, and two ghosts hanging from the light fixture.

Conclusion: I should leave more often. LOL I love coming back to these sweet surprises.

So, Halloween happened early for me, which makes me feel like the new year is right around the corner.
