Free Novella - Dive into the world of the Monster Bride Markets

Hey, my Wylde-lings!
Today, I want to tell you a bit more about the series I'm writing with my friends - Eva Brandt, Lia Frost, and Ava York. It's called Monsters' Bride Market, and it's a sequel to Arranged Monster Mates, so the stories are all set in the Alia Terra Universe. Similar premise, too, except this time, women from all over can choose to enter an auction and be bought by a monster. Their reasons can be many, and I hope you'll have fun discovering them.
My contribution to this series is Bought by the Revenant, and here's a bit about my hero:
Meet Riven.
He's one of the very first revenants created from human spare parts, and thus, one of the most badly made. His true nature is noble - a pure soul that traveled through the universe until it found the planet Alia Terra. In need of a material form, he was given a mismatched body, limbs crudely stitched together by a mad scientist. Riven barely survived the experiment, then dedicated his life to perfecting the science and magic of fusing the souls of his kind to better assembled bodies. Still, he is feared by the ones who should be grateful to him. As for the humans of Alia Terra, they consider him a thing of horror.
He is ashamed and alone, an outcast who will never find love.
PS: There will be art inside the ebook and paperback.

Lia Frost is bringing you a Pain Hunter. This creature is a sort of vampire, but instead of blood, he feeds off pain. Now, THAT will be interesting to read!

In Alia Terra, monsters rule. The only way out for a broken, unmatched woman like me? Sell myself at auction—and hope I don’t regret it.
But when the bidding begins, it’s not the sleazy merchant or the four-armed aristocrat who makes my blood burn.
It’s the shadow in the back of the warehouse. Towering. Unmoving. Watching.
When he speaks, the others fall silent.
And when he wins me, I know I’ve made a mistake.
Because Kiakoa isn’t just a monster—he’s a pain hunter. Feeding on agony. Built for destruction. And somehow, gentle with me.
Until he’s not.
Until he touches me like he needs me to live. Until I start craving the heat of his skin and the violence in his voice. Until I realize…
He’s not going to break me.
He’s going to ruin me.

For a taste of this series, Lia Frost wrote a standalone novella that she is offering for free. Check it out below. You can download it now and read it.
On Alia Terra, a monster’s protection can mean the difference between life and starvation. I have one last chance: the bride market, where women put themselves on the auction block and hope the highest bidder isn’t also the cruelest.
When the final choice is mine, I pick Gaveth—scarred, silent, and more predator than man. He offers safety, not sweet words. But in his remote mountain cabin, safety comes with rules… and a pull between us that’s anything but safe.
The longer I’m in his territory, the more I see the loneliness behind his amber eyes—and the hunger he keeps on a leash. And when his control finally snaps, I learn exactly what it means to be claimed by a monster.
Steamy, possessive, and set in the Alia Terra shared world, this short novella delivers a fierce heroine, a feral protector, and a happily-ever-after you can sink your teeth into.

Next is Ava York. Her book is called Bought by the Void Walker. And again, we have a very original, very different monster. I can't wait for her to finish this book, so I can read it. LOL I want to know what a Void-Walker is and what he can do in... ahem... bed. Obviously. That's what we're here, right?

I sold myself to a monster so I could kill him.
He bought me to save what’s left of his soul.
They say never meet a Void Walker’s gaze.
I made him look.
I stepped onto the auction block with blood in my teeth and revenge in my heart. Nezavek claimed me with one silent bid—and eyes that burned like stars.
Now I’m trapped in his shadowed realm, where reality bends, silence pulses, and heat coils between us like a living thing. He touches like he’s starving. Watches like I’m the last light in his collapsing world.
But he’s hiding secrets—about my sister, about the enemy hunting us both, and about the bond that’s tethering us tighter with every breath.
I came here to destroy him.
I never meant to crave him.
And I never expected to have to choose between vengeance… and desire.

Finally, Eva Brand and her Cerberus! Lately, she's been obsessed with Greek Mythology, so she will put a spin on all Greek myths. She's working on a few books and series now, so you might want to check her out on TikTok.

Worthless. Defective. Barren. I was dead inside, living an empty life. Until death itself saved me.
For my people, the worth of a human woman comes not from the heart, but from the womb. I knew, when I didn’t bleed like my sisters, that my fate was sealed. I knew, I ran, and I hid.
But a satyr’s nose cannot be deceived. The moment one pointed at me and spat, “Curse,” I was a dead woman walking.
And then, he came. Theron. Three hundred pounds of raw power and burning hunger. A Hellhound Cerberus who looks at me like I’m something precious, not broken.
He drags me deep into the blighted lands, to his mist-shrouded city, where death isn’t feared, but worshipped. And suddenly, my barren body becomes my greatest strength. I am valuable. Wanted.
I am death-touched. His.
But to stay with the beast whose heat melts my walls and whose touch promises protection, I must enter their bride market. And monsters who bow to death don’t take credits as currency.
My new chance at life might come at a price far greater than I expected.

I'm super excited about this series. I think you can tell. We're working hard to make it pretty, steamy, and surprising, and what I can tell you is that all books will contain art. It means a bit more work, but I think it's worth it.
Talk soon,
Cara
