2021 CFC50 FINAL High School Rankings ... A new KING is crowned!

We all knew the clock was always ticking in the background, but we never knew when the alarm would finally go off.
After going on an unprecedented three year run atop the CFC50 High School Rankings, the day has finally come for St. Thomas More to step aside for a new king to take the throne. It's a matchup that's been talked about for many years going into the OFSAA Independent Bowl, and finally Huron Heights got their moment in the spotlight with a signature 14-6 victory on the road at a snowy St. Thomas More to claim the number one ranking in Canada for the first time in program history.
This marks the first loss on Canadian soil for St. Thomas More since 2016, and brings their OFSAA Bowl streak to an end at five straight, tying them with W.F. Herman from Windsor with the most consecutive in OFSAA history. During that period the gauntlet only got tougher as they beat Chaminade College, Paul Dwyer, Notre Dame, Catholic Central and W.F. Herman at OFSAA in between a bunch of worthy challengers from the GHAC region, but finally they met their match in Huron Heights.
