Dear CFC Evaluation/Selection Camp Participants,
I hope that your off-season training has started strong. In preparation of the upcoming combine, I would like to extend an invitation for you to optimize your efforts at Ante Litre's Football Academy.
As a former university student-athlete, an 8 year CFL veteran, and a current running-back for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, I am excited to share my insights and the knowledge I have acquired from my 19 years of playing experience at the amateur and pro level.
The Football Academy is intended to deliver an elite training program that would be akin to what college level athletes experience. This is the program that I would put myself in when I was in high school.
I was a young Canadian kid that was invited to the US Army Combine in San Antonio, Texas, and I showed up without a plan. I reconciled this later in life when I made the jump from college to the pro level and diligently researched, prepared, and executed my preparation for the pro combine circuit.
The athletes will have full training and mentorship from myself as we develop:
- Speed
- Power
- Strength
- Combine Skills and Knowledge
The athletes will be prepared to take on any combine and have a plan to perform. The Academy will take place at:
Gritlabs Fitness
3410 Mainway Suite 4, Burlington, Ontario
With Classes offered:
Friday and Sunday between January 3, 2025 - February 16, 2025 ($45.00/session)
Fridays: 7:30pm-9:00pm
Sundays: 11:00am-12:30pm
I am also offering a free training session to any athlete that wants to get a better feel for the guidance and type of environment Gritlabs Fitness has to offer.
