Launch successes!
Third Earth: A YA Fantasy Adventure to the Dragon Planet launched well and we saw wonderful success in our January book sales. It was our best month ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you to those that bought and helped promote my books on social media.
Third Earth hit #3 in New Releases in Christian Fantasy and #2 New Releases in Fiction About Disability for Young Adults. And First Earth hit top 5 in Christian Fantasy. I'd love to hear your feedback and especially positive reviews on Amazon, Goodreads and Bookbub.
We also received a wonderful review from Diane Donovan, Senior Reviewer, Midwest Book Reviews. It will go live in March, but here's a summary snipet:
"Third Earth is very highly recommended for teens looking for magical adventure paired with personal revelations."
I'm making wonderful progress on Fourth Earth! I'm over 60k words and closing in on my typical 90k-ish rough draft amount. Still on target to finish the rough draft by the end of the month. Then the hard work begins in revising, editing, snipping, cutting, rewriting, uggggghhhh!

Anyway, enjoy your week!
Giveaways and Sales!!
Here are some giveaways and sales that I have entered to promote my books. Just a word of caution... I have not read these and cannot vouch for content. While I try and swap with clean ya fantasy authors, there are all kinds of genres and heat levels that you'll have to decide for yourself.
Here's a fellow Wishing Shelf Award Winner, Rae Knightly's Ben Archer series. I haven't read this (yet) but hear good things.
A BOY WITH AN ALIEN POWER.
“The thing is, it wasn’t meteors that fell into the woods that night. It was alien spacecraft.”
The Wishing Shelf Book Awards 2019 Silver Medal Winner - Author Academy Awards 2019 Finalist - READER'S FAVORITE ★★★★★
When UFOs crash into the fields next to his grandfather’s house, twelve-year-old Ben Archer becomes a cumbersome witness in the eyes of the government. Not only that, but Ben discovers he has been entrusted with an alien power, the significance of which could jeopardize human life on Earth.
Government agents rush in to remove all evidence of spacecraft and extraterrestrials. The media are led to believe meteors fell in the area and they dub the event The Cosmic Fall. But when Ben's involvement comes in the spotlight, he is forced to flee with the sole survivor of the crash: an alien man called Mesmo.
And while the destinies of boy and alien become inextricably linked, one question hovers above their unlikely friendship: why did the aliens come to Earth in the first place?
The Alien Skill Series is a science-fiction adventure series for teens. Readers who enjoy The Proto Project or Crime Travelers will enjoy this fresh, age-appropriate story with a scifi twist the likes of A Wrinkle in Time and Animorphs. These middle-grade books have won the hearts of young and old alike, turning them into a best-selling, award-winning coming-of-age series filled with alien powers, hidden enemies, shapeshifters and a thought-provoking glimpse into the way we treat our planet.
Two students will compete. Only one can win...
Jada Breaker is on track to graduate from Station Alpha when her best friend is murdered in a terrorist attack. Now, all Jada wants is to stop the violence between her home and Planet Earth - and there's only one person standing in her way.
When Rowan Miles is assigned to compete against her, Jada knows it's her responsibility to crush the competition. And that's fine - how hard can it be to outwit a handsome high-school boy from Earth?
Apparently, harder than she thought. And the discovery of a shocking piece of evidence tied to her best friend's death certainly isn't making Jada's life any easier.
As Jada unravels a complex tapestry of lies, cover-ups, and diversions, she's forced to question whether the interplanetary terrorists truly live on the Earth below... or if they're the people she sees each and every day.
Graduation day is getting closer, and Jada's time is running out.
One student will graduate. The other will forfeit their freedom.
Does Jada have what it takes to win?
Katie is a normal girl living a normal life, until she falls through a glowing crevice in the sidewalk. She makes a note to herself to avoid glowing crevices in the future.
On the other side of the crevice lies Dreamland, a realm of fantasy and magic, a place where she can let her imagination soar and develop new powers. Katie has no idea why she's there or what she's supposed to do, and she meets other kids also stunned to find themselves in the same realm of mystery. When a strange woman in white appears, Katie and her friends learn that Dreamland is under a threat only they can stop, while the woman "helps" the kids with incomplete instructions and unclear advice that frustrates them enormously.
Through the confusion, Katie has the adventure of a lifetime, with magic, self-discovery, battles, and the potential collision of worlds, while she faces her worst nightmare: her annoying little brother. Can she and her friends fight and defeat the forces of evil? Can she figure out how to get back home? Can she stop her brother from asking for more candy before he destroys the universe?
This fantasy adventure novel is perfect for young girls looking for fun, excitement, humor, and a little inspiration to help them develop into everything they want to be!
With the fate of his people on the line, the truth is his greatest weapon…
Eighteen-year-old Dante refuses to let evil conquer the galaxy. And the fact that his own father acts as the instrument of a dark lord’s unrelenting destruction only makes it harder. But when Dante learns a mysterious warrior has strange visions of his family, he discovers she may hold the key to defeating his father.
As sinister attacks threaten more and more planets, he fears their purpose is to prepare for an ultimate showdown. But with clues scarce and the girl’s mission to help him turning deadly, Dante might be running out of time before those he swore to protect are doomed.
Can the young hero unravel the mystery and win freedom for the universe?
