This past month, we completed a couple more window replacement inspections, but these ones came with some significant trouble. In one case, we saw a window sill that had almost completely rotted away. The high levels of humidity from the jetted tub had taken a toll on the surrounding structure. Another trip out revealed rot and insect infestations in the floor structure when we removed a patio door.
