Q3 right. I know! How the fuck can it be Q3 when it seems like only yesterday was Easter? But here we are sweltering in the summer (ha! not me, we do not "swelter" on Scottish islands 😂) and telling ourselves it would be RUDE to refuse another Pimms...

Q3 - how are your plans working out? Still on track right here, right now for where you said you WOULD be all the way back at the beginning of the year? Is everything that seemed so. damned. clear back in January still crystal-like now?

I mean the beauty of running a small business is that we can pivot F.A.S.T. and don't need to get dragged down by concepts which aren't working - or, we just aren't "feeling" - but - the danger of this is that it can be all too easy to get swept up into blindly following a yellow-bricked path which we thought was going to bring us safely back to the farm, only to find ourselves facing up to a confusing fucking wizard, a troop of monkeys and some bitch-witch trying to steal our shoes! (n.b., watching cult-classics when drinking 🥃 may confuse this further... )

Anyway, I was wondering if you'd like to hang out next weekend to get your strategy back on firm footing?
