What to do next

I'm getting asked a lot about what we all should do next in business, real estate and life if there is a recession, trade war, or other major disruptions to not only the global economy but local ones too. I don't think there has ever been a time since the end of World War II where socioeconomic and technological change is happening quite as fast.
Anyway, you can always reach out to me at bruce@brucemfirestone.com if you want to know how I am adapting and planning to adapt to these explosive changes, but there is another way to do that too: My longtime tech friend Robin Chahal together with Li and Kevin Geng created "Prof Bruce in a Bottle." That is, they developed AskProfBruce.ai, which you can try out for free at, https://askprofbruce.ai/.
Basically, they accessed all my courses, writings, videos etc so you can ask questions that my personal AI can hopefully answer in seconds about things I have focused on for a lifetime including a) how to create new revenue streams and get more sales, b) how to find your magic marketing button (one you push, et voila, you get more leads), c) how to figure out the HABU (highest and best use) for each project, do proper ROI spreadsheet analysis, then find financing (including bootstrap capital) by, in part, getting higher appraised values, d) how to build CMRR, committed monthly revenues, d) how to improve your business model whether you are in tech, manufacturing, services, real estate or even farming, e) how to create better design in every aspect of real estate development including residential and industrial subdivisions, mixed use buildings, ADUs/coach houses, backyard workshops and offices, bunkies, tiny homes, multi-generational homes, mini storage and contractor yards projects, and farmland to name just a few.
I hope AskProfBruce.ai will help you make better decisions, expand your knowledge, and achieve your goals.
Good luck with your next big breakthrough. And remember what Bon Jovi and Charles Dickens said about HOPE (I'll let you guess which is which):
"Keep the faith."
"It’s always something, to know you’ve done the most you could. But don’t leave off hoping, or it’s of no use doing anything. Hope, hope to the last."
Kindest personal regards,
Prof Bruce
