2024 has been an interesting year with interest rates moderating while the general economy remains in flux. As you get ready for 2025, let me know if I can help as a realtor and coach with your plans for next year. Here’re a few things I worked on for clients this year—

1.       Helped a client purchase 20-acres of industrially zoned lands, sever off and sell two parcels while retaining about 13-acres at a negative cost (ie, he made a PROFIT 😊)

2.       Helped a client buy and lease a small 4,000 sq ft warehouse

3.       Helped a client sell a 6.5-acre site zoned Highway Commercial

4.       Helped a client get a site plan approved for a new 5,000 sq ft veterinarian clinic to be constructed in 2025

5.       Helped another client get a site plan approved for a mini storage business

6.       Helped a group purchase a beautiful farm, which will host over 80 micro gardens next year

7.       Helped a tiny homebuilder set up their sales network in the States and Canada

8.       Helped a client fund and build out eight workshops on her property

9.       Helped a client design and build a backyard bunkie that can be used as an office, workshop or even as a residential rental
