BIG sale, BIGGER news!

Hello friends!
I have HUGE news! I've started a new pen name (B. Losee) exclusively for writing LDS (Latter-day Saint) romances. Everything will stay the same under my regular pen name (Brooke J Losee) with clean romance stories across multiple genres. It will also stay the most active for my publishing schedule and for this newsletter. If you're interested in the book, you can pre order it here, or if you're interested in an ARC copy, sign up here.
Here's a short Q & A:
Will you still publish under Brooke J Losee? YES. Most of my books will remain under this pen name. I don't expect to publish under the new name frequently.
Can I read this even if I'm not LDS? Yes! The focus of the book is having faith in Christ, staying true to one's convictions, and learning to forgive. It was written with a LDS audience in mind, so you will find some minimal cultural and doctrinal references, but the book is Christ-centered at it's core.
Will there be more LDS romance novels? Possibly. This is a tough question for me at the moment. This book was supposed to be traditionally published, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I'm now self publishing it. What that means is I'm starting from ground 0 in a very tight niche with a very small following, and writing more books will depend on sales to a large degree. I'm hoping to write more, but we'll see!
When will the LDS book release? A Matter of Faith releases May 28th, 2026!
Will it be available in Kindle Unlimited? At this time, it will not be available in KU. That could change as I'm waiting to hear back on possible distribution apart from Amazon.
Where can I find more info about the book? I'll share here on occasion, but this newsletter is mainly for my regular pen name. To keep most up to date on LDS romances, follow me on my new Instagram account (authorblosee) for teasers and announcements.

Sometimes, the simplest acts of faith are the most difficult to begin…
MeganIf there’s one decision I don’t regret, it’s joining the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. That’s not to say there haven’t been consequences. With my parents’ firm stance against the Mormons, I’ve lost almost all contact with them.
I’ve done my best to mend our relationship, but sometimes, I wonder if I should leave the past behind me…which might be easier if I didn’t just bump into one of my missionaries.
Elder Taylor isn’t the same guy who taught me the lessons. He’s more handsome and mature, but he’s also reserved and appears panicked every time we meet. Unfortunately for him, I’m determined to understand why.
Reacquainting with someone I taught on my mission should have been exciting, especially someone as gorgeous as Megan Kalley. Instead, I’m in total avoidance mode…and failing miserably. Every time I see Megan, I’m reminded that I once had a strong testimony of the gospel.
Worse, I’m terrified she’ll discover my inactive status and question her own convictions.
But the more time I spend with her and the closer we become, the less I want to avoid her. So, when Megan books a flight home after her father is hospitalized, I refuse to let her face the possibility of rejection alone. Joining her is the right decision, but while Megan attempts to mend the relationship with her parents, I face the reason my testimony wavered in the first place.
Despite my desire to fix my broken faith, I worry it might be shattered beyond repair.
**A Matter of Faith is a clean, LDS (Latter-day Saint) romance that explores themes of faith, conviction, and forgiveness.

Can the wrong man be right for her heart?
With the threat of ruin looming over her family, Harriet Rigby has one final Season to marry well. Driven by familial duty, Harriet reluctantly agrees to her mother’s scheme to entrap the new Viscount Paxton into marriage. All goes according to plan until Harriet discovers the man she’s caught alone with in a dark library is not the viscount, but his twin brother.
As an unsocial second son, Rowe Apsley never expected to find himself embroiled in scandal. Despite their forced marriage, he’s determined to come to know his wife, but how can he achieve that when the woman is too nervous around him to utter a word? Desperate, Rowe devises a plan: pretend to be his twin brother long enough to establish a friendship with Harriet. After all, she’s already mistaken their identities once.
As the façade continues and Harriet begins to return his deepening regard, Rowe fears he’s convinced his wife to fall in love with the wrong man. Will his duplicity cost him his one chance at love?
