Bookkeeping document Submission Deadline

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing timely and accurate bookkeeping services, we kindly request that all supporting documents for your bookkeeping be submitted no later than the 15th of the following month, based on your reporting frequency:

• Monthly Bookkeeping: Submit all relevant documents by the 15th of the following month

• Quarterly Bookkeeping: Submit all relevant documents by the 15th of the month following the end of the quarter

This helps ensure that your books are kept up to date and that any required filings, such as GST/HST returns or financial reports, are prepared accurately and on time.

Please ensure your submissions include:

• Bank and credit card statements
• Receipts/invoices for income and expenses
• Payroll records (if applicable)
• Any other relevant supporting documents
