Ideas are a dime a dozen. What are you doing with yours?

Hello!

It's another new week. What are you up to? Last week was brilliant! We just concluded the 7-day Kick Procrastination challenge! It was super-awesome. Feedback from the participants has been so mind-blowing. I'm super stoked. You missed it? Please save 10k towards it. We start another in January!

So what do we have to discuss this week? I watched on Youtube the other day, a video about the new Samsung Fold phone. It is a brilliant phone that folds out into a tablet! I was amazed. After watching about two more videos on it, I realized that the phone had first been released in February, but had shown problems, so it had to be recalled.

Now it was back and better. The reviewer said that because Samsung was creating the innovative phone in secret, it couldn't really be tested much by humans, hence the initial teething problems.

But that is NOT my takeaway from this. My takeaway was that Samsung had a brilliant idea and they executed it without wasting time.

Timeliness is critical for leading the market.

They did not sit for years refining the idea. This would have given space for a competitor to come out with a similar idea before them. So they launched.

And in the launching, they found problems, they tweaked, and are back - bigger and better. And are still the leaders in their sector with that innovation. 👍

So what is that idea you are sitting on and taking forever to perfect?

Listen, ideas are a dime a dozen. This means everybody has them! The only things that change the world are EXECUTION.

Like, literally start! Give it to us raw. And as we give you feedback, you refine and tweak and get better. Why do you think phones have new versions all the time? There is room for improvement always.

Now, this is not to say you should give us a mediocre solution because I said to push it out raw o! Please, do the work, but do it fast and EXECUTE!

NIKE says Just do it.

I say JUST. START. IT. 👍

After being asked countless questions on building a house, I recently had an idea to write a book about this. I've converted that idea to action and now I have a brilliant book. Get in on the action by getting it at the preorder price of N4,000.

This book tells you the story of a couple who built their house, while teaching you all you need to know about each of the stages. It is an interesting read, while being highly informative. A must read for everyone embarking on a house project.

Order your copy now. Pre-order closes in two weeks and price reverts to N6,000. Remember to add shipping.
