Last week, I shared how you can develop yourself on a budget. That email got a lot of response. I loved it.

Now today I must share a caveat - While you can START your journey to self-development on free stuff, please do not get too comfy on freebies! You know why? Most people only value what they pay for.

You don't believe me? Okay I shared a free book with you last week. Be honest, did you download it?

And even those of you who did, did you read it?

You see? I've been here, so trust me I know. I have downloaded dozens of free ebooks and have only read about half of them. I know the ones I read immediately - those from influencers I need but can't afford to buy their books or courses yet. And those that speak to my immediate pressing problem. All the others, they join the "pile".

I turn forty in a few days. As you can imagine, I am veryyy excited. I have been reflecting on my journey and I am thankful for my life and where I am. Now why should you pay for self-development when there are so many free resources everywhere?

Because the free classes/books tell you WHAT you need to do, but the paid classes/books tell you the HOW.

Have you not noticed that the free books give you an "eureka" feeling, like "Aha, this is WHAT I have been missing!" But you end up a little confused about the next step to take. The author of that free book usually has a paid class that takes things further. Ask. Pay. And get clarity. Clarity gives you progress much faster.

It's another new week, and I am here telling you that you can be anything you set your mind to. You are in the driver's seat of your life. Take action today to turn your life around. Anytime you wake up is your morning. Wake up now. Start your life afresh today.

I am writing a book about all you need to know about building your first house, it will be launched in July. It is nothing like you've ever seen, it tells the story of a couple and their journey to owning their first house. The steps are practical and the language is easy.
