Yippee it's Day 2!!


Yesterday, we talked about the WHY of procrastination - why you procrastinate. There were five broad reasons and most people fell into 4 of them.


In discussing what makes us overcome procrastination, I would like to present the phenomenon called THE WHY!


This is the reason behind everything you do. An athlete who wants to go pro would wake each morning at 6am and train for hours. He would avoid sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs. He would eat healthy wholesome foods and not junk. When you see him doing all these, it may not look like fun, but his eyes are on the goal. He will celebrate when he gets his gold medal. image


He has a strong WHY for drinking green smoothies and avoiding wines.

What is your WHY? how can we drill down to this?


Think very well to your childhood, and ask yourself what the root cause of some of those behaviors in day 1 came from.
