Yesterday, it seems 90% of my readers received their email in the spam folder for some reason, and we can't figure out why.

Best guess is that my apology was in all grey text, not black, and for some reason, Google thinks that's a no go. SO - NO COOL STYLING FOR YOU!

If you missed my apology about email yesterday, you can still check your spam/promotions folder and mark it as "not spam" or "not promotions". I would really appreciate that.

This was some honest feedback I got two years ago from a colleague I've worked with on a project and thinking back; I was much more affected by the adverse reaction to my work back then - than I am now. But I was reminded of this yesterday when a lot of you stared to reply saying that my email went to spam.

It really messed up my morning.

Not because I got an adverse reaction, but because something crappy happened and I couldn't do anything about it. It made me realise how much I care about sending you this daily newsletter, and I don't want to break a promise to myself - that was 100 days 100 emails.

We'll see what happens after that.
