Hi ,
We have been notified by a few customers that they were not able to bid on last Saturday's auction. For some, this was due to an invalid system configuration that has since been corrected. If you do not currently have any problems bidding, please disregard the rest of this message.
We are notifying you that you may have been one of these bidders affected, however, your account is still in good standing and you currently should not have any issues with bidding.
You can verify that you have access to bidding [here]. If the bid buttons are bright blue, bidding is active.
Why might bidding be affected?
At times, the system will prevent certain users from bidding for a variety of factors including risk assessement, too many unpaid invoices etc.
If you are still finding you are not able to bid, it may be from one of the above or other risk factors, with the primary reason for most being too many unpaid or deleted invoices. If you are finding you are still not able to bid and all your invoices are paid in full, please contact us and we can see what can be done to get you bidding again.
