The Journal of Healthcare, Science and the Humanities is inviting former and new contributors to a Special Edition dedicated to scholarly work on Public Policy on Improving the Quality of Life Related to HIV and the Black Community. The goal is to develop a Special Edition that is focused on the factors that drive the disproportionate adverse impact of HIV on Black communities across the U.S. and the public policy recommendations that are needed to eliminate HIV and other racial health disparities.
