. Hope your week is in top gear? I appreciate all you do to stay alive and sane. I know people get on your nerves. You're really amazing for never losing it. So I ask you,. what does the five-letter word peace mean to you? For so many people the word peace means different things. For some it is simply the ability to make one's decision. To another, your right to leave a toxic relationship. To someone else, your ability to quit a job that is affecting your mental health. Well,. I don't know what peace means to you. But whatever it is, don't allow anyone shame you, stigmatize you, or force you to do what you really don't want. Never try to go out of your way to please someone else except it is a life or death situation. Even in that instance, you got to be careful.
In all you do this week, remember your sanity matters. Remember you only have one chance to live. Remember shaming helps no one. Remember silence kills faster than the dreaded coronavirus. Speak up if you need to. Ask for help if it is necessary. Above all, be at peace with everyone. Happy international peace day. Happy world peace day, .
