In Nigeria, the last quarter (Sept-Dec) of the year comes with diverse programmes -- exhibitions, art fairs, film festivals, book parties, musicals, stage plays, concerts, comedy shows and more.

There will be 200+ events around Nigeria this quarter, leading up to the show-stopping Detty December. Already, organisers are announcing dates and other details about their programmes, signalling the start of Nigeria's creative arts season.

As we have done in the past, we're tracking as many of them as possible, so you can keep tabs on the various events and decide which ones you'd love to attend.

That's why I am sharing with you the first edition of our Arts, Culture, Entertainment & Tourism (ACET) calendar for September 2025, as published in ART & ABOUT (IG: @artnabout_).
