The travel industry is picking up around the world after a two-year slump. And though there are still slight restrictions here and there, those too are sure to lessen in coming months.
International tourists are trickling into Nigeria, and the trend is expected to rise steadily, all things being equal.
Meanwhile, stakeholders in the business of growing domestic tourism are hard at work, trying to pick up from where they left off pre-Covid 19.
Online booking platforms are back on the travel radar; tour guides and tour operators are curating diverse experiences for their clientele, local and foreign; and the hospitality sector is now witnessing patronage near (or surpassing) pre-pandemic levels.
Without a doubt, all of this is worth celebrating.
