Hi ,
We’re excited to share that firmware version 4.0.0 is now available for the Binho Supernova and Binho Pulsar USB Host Adapters.
Alongside this, we’ve released new Python SDKs: Binho Supernova v4.0.0 and Binho Pulsar v1.0.0. Updated examples are also ready to help you get started.
What’s New:
- Firmware v4.0.0: Performance improvements, new features, and optimizations.
- SDK Updates: Now on PyPI (Binho Supernova | Binho Pulsar) with fresh examples on GitHub.
Important Compatibility Notice
This update breaks backward compatibility with previous firmware versions and SDKs. In particular, Binho Mission Control GUI is only compatible with firmware 3.x and will not work with firmware v4.0.0.
However, if you need to revert to a previous version, Binho Mission Control GUI allows you to easily downgrade the firmware back to v3.2.0.
While the new firmware unlocks exciting features, full support across the Binho ecosystem is still in progress. Thanks for your patience as we roll out further updates.
