It's an easy fallacy of life coaching that you're going to plan to feel good all the time.
Of course brain (hi brain!) would prefer that.
But sometimes... you want to be sad. (Just got back from my Grandpa's funeral, and I wanted to feel sadness and loss.)
Sometimes you want to be angry. (News? Sometimes anger is the response you choose. Or sad.)
Anyway, for me, I'm choosing to have negative emotions today. I'm ok with that. I can process them through. Maybe you are, too.
I decided to go a little bit more feelings-based with the quiz today - notice plus a tiny bit of analyzing. The intention is to feel grounded after, which is a feeling I always want UNDER my negative emotions.
Thanks for being here!
PS - There's been a lot of emotion-processing with my clients lately, and it's created the difference between slogging through a swamp and skating on fresh pavement in how they approach the world (fresh analogies, I've done both this month!).
If that's a change you'd like to make for yourself, let's talk about getting you coached up! Initial consultation is free, and super-valuable in itself. I'd love to be in touch, just reply :).
PPS - I love summer! How is yours going?
