How To Develop a Reading Habit.

, in this email, you will learn how to develop a reading habit.

If you find yourself reading but not finishing books, no matter how much you enjoy them, then this message is for you. If you're not interested in building a reading habit, you can stop reading now.

Let's set the record straight: it's perfectly normal to struggle with reading. Your "reading muscles" can be difficult to train.

According to Pew Research, 78% of Americans aged 16 and older report reading at least one book in the past year. While there isn't similar data for Nigerians, the situation may be even worse.

Many people struggle with reading, and you are not alone. However, there’s something that most people—including you—might not know that contributes to their reading difficulties.

Habits are not formed overnight; they require a process.

That said, you can go from reading one book a year to reading a book every month. This transformation is possible if you understand a little secret I call "The Daily-Dosage Reading Strategy."

Think about the last time you were sick. Your doctor prescribed medication, often advising you to take it in doses. For example, you might have been instructed to take one tablet in the morning, one in the afternoon, and one at night.

Building a reading habit works in much the same way. Instead of overwhelming yourself with the idea of finishing a book in one sitting, read in "doses" like you would take your medication.

This month alone, four out of eight members of my book club have used "The Daily-Dosage Reading Strategy" to complete "Think and Grow Rich," and the remaining four members are scheduled to finish it by next Wednesday.

The "Daily-Dosage Reading Plan" is effective, but you'll never know how well it works until you try it for yourself.

You can excel at reading when you join our book club members in March to implement this strategy.

If you're interested, please submit an application below, and you could be part of my book club

Benson
