Me writing to you this morning is so impromptu 

But something happened to me yesterday don't worry, I'm okay.

Took some pain killer and apply Robb(heat balm)

But this made me realise an important point I read in the boron letters (great read) by the late Gary Halbert.

Gary wrote something in the book I'm just realizing now.

We live in a world where people judge others by their appearance.

I know it is not right but it is the way the world works.

Why am I talking about this…

Or what is this leading to…

Exercise daily!

Don't just exercise daily…

Bulk the hell out especially if you're a guy.

You might say you don't want to have a muscular build…

But it's more than that…

People tend to think twice before they fuck with you if you have a menacing build.

Not saying you should turn to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson…

But work on building your arm.

Working out daily also builds self-confidence.

The amount of positive you get from exercising daily beats the negative.

Some people might read this and think that is true…

the moment they leave this email it is bye-bye…

But I know that not you. 

And if all that doesn't convince you, think of the ladies that would be attracted to your new amazing body.

This message is not only for the guys.

That's all you can take the advice and take action or leave it…
