You must have heard of THREADS by Meta.

Meta's competition to Twitter.

And it has already racked up 30 million users within 18 hours of its launch.

Cool, right?

, if you have already joined up or are thinking of it,

I have no problem with anyone signing up.

In fact if you haven't joined, you should join...

Because signing in now would be like joining TikTok in 2020,

Or Facebook or Instagram in 2012.

My only advice to you is to back up the leads you get.

You can simply do this by inserting an opt-in link to your bio where you can collect your followers' email addresses or contact info.

Doing this saves you stress in case Twitter wins its lawsuits and shuts down THREADS...

Or they ban some countries from using it

Or Meta decides that the idea was stupid and shuts it down.

Since this is a new social media platform, you can't tell what's going to happen.

Yesterday, I met an old friend of mine, Daniel.

We used to work together when I was going to a workstation because the network at my house was terrible then.

Daniel had a blog back then where he was writing out content and uploading it.

A blog in 2022, well, I'm not one to shame another person's hustle...

But there are other ways to achieve what he wants.

From looking at his site, I notice he had 2 major problems.

First, the contents he was putting wasn't targeted to one specific audience.

He was writing articles on different topics.

Second, he was having a traffic problem.

He'd need to address problem 1 before the second one.

My advice to him was to go and read "Traffic Secrets" and "Expert Secrets" by Russell Brunson.

The answer you're looking for is in there.

Like all Nigerians, he didn't take my advice.

Meeting him after 6 months...

If you are like Daniel and can't follow simple advice to download a book and find the time to read it...
