Nobody should have to start the new year with a piece of news like this.

I don't wish this for any of my enemies. My heart aches as I type this.

It's the first time I'm writing to you this year. I'm supposed to be hitting your inbox with good tidings.

But here I am, about to break bad news.

What a way to start the new year!

Nevertheless, I've got to address this...

Because I've been receiving DMs from people asking; "Benson, what's wrong with you?"

Well, on New Year's Eve, I received the most depressing news you could break to any online creator.

If I wasn't strong-willed, judging by what happened, I could have concluded that 2024 is a year of premium SEGE.

But I refuse to allow one bad moment to define my mood for the year.

The crazy thing is that; 2 months ago, I was in this same position.

The first day of November. My Twitter account got suspended

In less than two months, I have lost two Twitter accounts.

This one at 500 followers. And the previous one at 8,000 followers

I'm yet to recover from the previous suspension, then this happened.

Unfortunately, Twitter outreach remains my main client acquisition process. Which accounts for about 80% of my monthly earnings.

The first time this happened, I felt it was a mistake.

What do we say about it happening again? Maybe I have been blacklisted from X... Who knows?

However, I refuse to be defeated.

If there's anything these recurrent suspensions have taught me, that would be to take my list seriously.

Because who knows what else they will take from me?

Maybe tomorrow, it's going to be my WhatsApp.

What then will be left?

Like I said, this new year, I'm going hard on email marketing.

I will advise you to do the same. In fact, for the rest of this year, my mantra would be never to joke with my email list.

All platforms are the same. They don't give an F about you.

They can take you out at any time. Your WhatsApp account could be gone tomorrow.
