This happened to me a few months ago. I saw this cool influencer. Perfect for the product I was promoting at that time.

After multiple trials of getting his attention in the comment section, because he wouldn't reply to my DM, he eventually reached out to me himself.

We got talking. But not long after that, the deal fell apart. Because his fees exceeded my budget.

This could have been avoided If I had known beforehand that I couldn't afford this influencer.
