, my email today is going to be a little bit different & quite long.

I want to share with you the behind the scenes of one of my most successful TikTok Ads campaigns ever. And that headline you just read isn’t clickbait. It’s real!! We made 2 fxxking million in one week

I’ve shared this same story with people inside my WhatsApp community with screenshots, pictures, and receipts. So this isn’t marketing drama or hype.

Now let’s get into it.

How did we make ₦2 million with TikTok Ads? For privacy, let’s call the client Peter. I’ll break this case study into 3 parts:

1. The Offer

2. The Funnel

3. The Numbers

1. The Offer

The offer was a ghostwriting course selling for ₦70,000. Peter is the course creator, so every sale went straight into his pocket. Nothing too fancy about the offer. Just a high value course that solves a clear problem and is priced to attract serious buyers.

2. The Funnel

Now this is where things get really interesting. Here’s the full setup:

TikTok Ads Creative → Landing Page → WhatsApp Group → Zoom Webinar

Let’s break it down quickly:

- The Ads Creative:

We used two videos. The first was a short, fast paced clip with captions, simple and attention-grabbing.

The second was a casual video of Peter talking about money, why everyone needs to make more of it, and why staying broke is risky.

The talk about ghostwriting didn’t even come in until the last 20% of the video almost like an afterthought.

That’s what made it work. People weren’t being sold to… they were being educated and inspired.

- The Landing Page

Clean and simple. A short video at the top, a few lifestyle pictures of Peter in the middle, and multiple buttons leading straight to a WhatsApp group.

No long paragraphs. No fake scarcity. Just enough to trigger curiosity and action.

- The WhatsApp Group:

This was our waiting room where new leads were warmed up before the webinar.

We usually ran the webinar within 48 hours of launching the ads.

Inside the group, we dropped reminders, shared instructions on how to join the webinar, and kept the energy alive until the big day.

- The Webinar:

It held on Zoom, Peter showed up, taught, shared real insights, and made his offer at the end. Sales came in live straight to his bank account.

3. The Numbers

Now for the part everyone always wants to know. How many leads were generated? How much did we spend on the Ads? How much cash was collected on the webinar? Here’s the full breakdown:

- Total Ad Spend: ₦350,000

- Total Views: 1.3 million

- Leads Generated: 2,600+

We filled 3 WhatsApp groups in total. Each group had its own webinar session. Here’s how it played out:

First webinar → ₦937,000

Second webinar → ₦713,000

Third webinar → around ₦500,000

All collected during the live sessions. And more payments kept coming in afterwards.

So in total, that’s ₦2 million+ in sales from a ₦350k ad spend.

No influencer. No fancy camera. No hype. Just smart targeting, a solid funnel, and consistency.

The campaign did so well that we’re now building an on-demand version that runs automatically on webinar jam.

Pulling ₦2 million from ₦350k in one week is crazy no matter how you look at it. And the best part? It’s fully repeatable.
