Why you keep losing all your money

Today, let’s talk money
Ego, Owo, Raba, Qaup, Bread whatever you call it in your language
It's something everyone comes in contact with and a lot of people struggle to manage it,
Something that should be thought to us by our parents or teachers in primary or secondary school Yet few talk about it and how to manage it.
I have this copywriter friend who always complains of being broke (this is someone I know who make close to half a million every month).
And I’d reply back how can you be broke don’t you have a client on retainer who pays you $500 every month.
What are you using your money for that you can’t save 20% of it?
Talking to him I found out he has this negative view on money that whenever he gets paid, he’s thinking on how to spend it all.
That his body doesn’t rest until this money has finished from his account
Funny things, a lot of us are like this…
It’s might not be his exact problem but we carry a strong negative view about money.
Found out later that this his view on money originate from his parents constantly fighting about money when he was growing up.
And this is a mistake, because the more you know about money, the better equipped you'll be to manage it effectively.
I remember when I was younger, I was always afraid to talk to my dad about money. I thought it was something that only rich people did,
But as I got older, I realized that everyone has to deal with money, no matter how much they have.
And the more I learned about money, the more I realized how important it is to be financially literate.
One of the biggest mistakes I made when I was younger was not taking the time to learn about money.
I didn't know how to budget, I didn't know how to invest, how to spend and save money.
As a result, I made some bad financial decisions that cost me a lot of money.
I also invested in a risky investment that lost me all my money.
The moral here is that you shouldn't be afraid to find an expert to talk about money.
It's an important topic that everyone needs to understand.
And the more you know about money, the better equipped you'll be to manage it effectively.
If you're not already doing so, I encourage you to start researching and expanding your knowledge about money.
There are a lot of great resources available online and in libraries.
And once you start learning about money, you'll be surprised at how much it can open up your world.
One of the best ways to expand your knowledge about money is by reading books and talking to financial experts.
There are a lot of great books out there that can teach you about personal finance, investing, and retirement planning.
And financial experts can provide you with personalized advice based on your individual circumstances.
But here's the thing:
Learning about money doesn't have to be boring. In fact, it can be quite funny.
For example, did you know that the word "monies" is plural for "money"? That's right, you can't have one monies.
You have to have multiple monies.
So next time you're feeling stressed about money, try to remember that it's not all doom and gloom.
And if you know you don’t have a problem managing money but your problem is generating cash.
