Dear All
Sorry I wasn’t able to be with you last week. I heard from Bjorn that it’s all going well and that all sections are strong :) I’m sure the extra rehearsal will lead to an even more polished performance on the 15th, which I am very much looking forward to hearing. Onwards and upwards!
Best wishes
Karen

Good morning to the best sales team in Bedford!
Our target is to sell 100 full Season tickets, which would give us a fabulous head start to the season! With 5 days to go, let’s give it a final push!
Check it out for your family and friends here: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/bedfordshire-orchestral-society
Remember we expect each musician playing to sell 10 tickets per concert, so this is a great way to get ahead of the game!
YOU are the sales team!
If you missed getting our "How to easily sell 10 tickets" guide given out at the BSO rehearsal, please check it out here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KfgRt0ejyQ6uDl8GvNJRguakUVxoFp9w/view?usp=sharing
This will help you to organise your own customer database for the whole season. BONUS: I've also updated it for you with sample text messages, depending on your buyer. Don't forget, the quickest way to double your sales is to tell your customers about the Group Discount and ask them to bring their friends!
If you sell 10 tickets, you will receive a Terry's Chocolate Orange from me!!! (Who doesn't love a bit of Terry's Chocolate Orange on a dark Autumn evening in front of The Traitors?!)
Finally, please encourage your supporters to buy from OUR ONLINE SHOP so that we get their email addresses: https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/bedfordshire-orchestral-society
Nov 15th Concert Meet and Greet in the interval: many thanks to Ben Mason (trombone) and Kate Knight (horn) who have very generously agreed to do our interval "meet and greet" after the Mendelssohn to showcase their instruments. This is such a highlight for our young concert-goers - they love it, so thank you! Our Youth Ambassadors and some of our younger members of BSO will be on hand to help too and will continue their excellent work started last season of making sure that all questions get answered, particularly from our youngest audience members.
Thanks to Andrew Blake (cello) who has agreed to introduce the concert. We're so grateful to our younger members for their action and support - it makes all the difference!
Best wishes
Ann
