Scars Tell a Story...

Good Tuesday Morning:

A quick heads-up regarding this week's leadership lesson that will be posted on multiple channels this Thursday. It's a powerful teaching on how we use the hurtful, harmful experiences in our lives to craft a story of resilience, tenacity, and perseverance in the face of challenges, obstacles, and setbacks.

You'll find it on the following popular channels:

YouTube LinkedIn Substack Apple

Spotify Amazon Rumble

I'm also getting a LOT of positive comments related to the daily inspirational images I'm posting on my Black Belt Leadership Facebook, Instagram, and X pages. If you're looking for a daily dose of inspiration, without being constantly pitched to buy something, check them out and consider subscribing.

Lastly, my good friend, Jeff Henderson, just shared a Gratitude Challenge I felt impressed to share with you. It's easy. Take a piece of paper and write down the names of ten (10) people who have inspired, motivated, or mentored you.

Once you've done that, over the next seven (7) commit to sending each of them a personal "Thank You" for their input into your lives. This could be an email, a text message, a voice message, a phone call, or (for extra credit) meeting them for a cup of coffee or a meal.

As you share how they have enriched your life in some way, not only will they be encouraged, but you'll experience a new sense of gratitude as you relive the moment with them.

Remember, what gets rewarded gets repeated.

For those who reach out to me from time to time, Thank You! Your words of inspiration, sharing how my posts, comments, and lessons are helping you learn, grow, improve, and become a better version of who you are and what you do continue to inspire me to keep doing what I am doing.

Thank you for the privilege of sharing my insights, thoughts, and observations with you. I count it a privilege to have you as a subscriber.

Have a GREAT rest of the week!
