Today I’ve been thinking about my FTFR. 

Any idea what this stands for?  

It’s First Time Fix Rate, and you should be interested in this one. Because it can have a direct impact on your business and how productive your team are. 

FTFR gives you an indication how likely it is your IT partner can fix a problem the first time you report it to them. 

We’re as interested in this as you are. No-one wants problems to drag on and on and on… it makes you less productive, and us less efficient.
