Overwhelmingly, 80% of respondents cited emotional and psychological stress as the greatest challenge they grapple with. This hit home for me, as I know firsthand the immense pressure of caring for both aging parents and young children, all while juggling work and personal responsibilities.
That's why I'm hosting an exclusive roundtable discussion to dive deeper into this issue. I want to create a safe, supportive space for us to share our experiences, voice our struggles, and learn practical strategies for managing the emotional toll.
