Most of the companies you see that have "investment" attached to them are not properly registered with the CAC.

Why?

Because under the law, to register a company that has INVESTMENT attached to it, you need to seek and receive consent from the DG of CAC

So, if you are considering adding that to your name, be ready to go through the process.

also, if you have that attached to your company name without consent, know that you might find yourself on the wrong side of the law.
