Maybe you have been operating as a sole owner of your business all these years, it is time to now form a team even if it is still just one extra person

Two good heads, they say are better than one.

Even the Bible says one shall chase a thousand and two shall chase ten thousand.

Another thing you can also do is to put proper systems and structures in your business.

For some of you, this may mean formalizing your business through registration, not just with the corporate Affairs commission but with other relevant regulatory bodies as well.

For some others, it may include assigning roles and responsibilities to members of your team.

It may include documenting every transaction and contract entered into.

It may include putting up legal structures in your business and making sure there are no legal loose ends.

You know the things you need to do to move from point A to point B, but you are just not ready or willing to do them maybe because you are afraid to even dare.

To get the right result, I think the message is simple...

you have to do things differently.

In about 5 months, we will enter the new year.

And if you don't take steps to do the hard things now, the year will still end without anything changing.

This message is for me too...

That is why are rewriting our process, working on our marketing, and even working on our billing structure so as to reduce our bad debts and getting hooked with horrible clients from Hell.

Let's get back to work.
